All documents and data handled by Docuscan Services Inc. are treated as strictly confidential. Access to client materials is limited to authorized personnel who require access to perform their job duties.

controlled access, and encrypted digital storage where applicable.

Client documents and digital files are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the requested services and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon completion:

Physical documents are returned or securely destroyed, as instructed by the client.

Digital files are deleted from our systems within 7 Days unless retention is requested.
